Tickets are sold at the museum ticket office, where you can pay by bank card or cash. Ticket machines located next to the Dolphinarium only accept bank cards. Tickets to any attraction (museums, dolphin and sea lion shows, BJGRC tours) can be purchased at any ticket office or ticket machine that is open at the time.

The purchased tickets may not be returned and the money is not reimbursed, with the exception of the cases when the services cannot be delivered to the visitors due to the fault of the Museum. Therefore, we kindly ask visitors to responsibly plan the arrival, estimating the time of the ferry transfer.
Yes, a document verifying the discount must be presented at the ticket office and, upon request, to the ticket inspector. This procedure applies to both group leaders and guides who bring groups to the museum, as well as to private individuals. If you refuse to present the relevant document, the discount will not be applied. Tickets sold at a discount are valid only for the person who purchased the ticket and cannot be transferred to other persons.

Up to 14 tickets can be presented for control from a mobile device. Please open the ticket barcodes for the controller, enlarge them, and set the screen brightness to maximum.

The Lithuanian Sea Museum and the Dolphinarium are situated on the Curonian Spit, Kopgalis site. To reach the museum, take a passenger ferry departing from the Old Ferry Terminal at Danės str. 1, Klaipėda (passengers/ bike-riders; the distance from the terminal on the Curonian Spit side to the museum is 1.6 km, you can cover this distance on foot, by bicycle or by using private mini trains (paid service) that run according to the ferry schedule); or from the New Ferry Terminal at Nemuno str. 8, Klaipėda (by car/ bike; the distance from the terminal on the Curonian Spit side to the museum is 7 km).
Please note! Cars are not transported at the old ferry crossing!

An entertaining activity acquainting with dolphins lasts 30 min. It is an unforgettable meeting with dolphins. The activity does not take place in water; it does not involve the swimming with dolphins. During the activity, participants communicate with the dolphins while staying dry, near the main pool.
