WORK EXPERIENCE

Director of the Lithuanian Sea Museum since 12 June 2002.

Planning, organisation, analysis and control of the Museum's activities. Searching for additional funding, project management, maintaining relations with local and national authorities, international organisations, museums in other countries.

1979-2002 Head of Public Relations and Education Department, Lithuanian Sea Museum.
Organisation and management work of the department, management and organisation of events, preparation and organisation of exhibitions, excursions and educational activities; relations with schools, media, foreign museums, international organisations, tourist companies; preparation and management of dolphin programmes at the Dolphinarium; Preparation and management of publications about the museum, preparation of visual information about the museum, advertising, search for sponsors and work with sponsors, writing and management of projects, work in international projects; work in the preparation of the concept and methodology of new expositions; member of the working group for the development of expositions of the Lithuanian Sea Museum, member of the Council of the Lithuanian Maritime Museum, leader of the PHARE PPF project „Sea entertainment and wellness complex in Kopgalis“.
